It's not even a report, I failed ...





I failed, yes. Today was the first time I ate as before, even more. And didn't workout.
I knew I'd have probably periods like these. But it's so bad to feel like I'm a total failure.
I started the day with good food (cereals, bananas, meat, mashed potatoes, orange juice ...)
But with my friends, I ate a lot of bad things like cookies or chips. And this evening, I ate a homemade pizza, that was sooooo good, but I feel fat now.
And I didn't workout because I was with my friends instead.
Shit.
Tomorrow, I'll eat healthy, and workout longer to compensate. Yes.
I'm gonna watch pictures of skinny girls to stay motivated.


It's okay to fail as long as it's not often.

Intake

- Lunch : 2 fried eggs (180kcal), cauliflower (30kcal), some mashed potato (around 100kcal) and a banana (60kcal)

- Dinner : raw carrots (about 30kcal), some cucumber (about 100kcal), a slice of full bread with sardines (sounds weird but it's really yummi) (about 50kcal), and a banana (60kcal)

- Lunch : Beef (250kcal) and mashed potato (170kcal) and a banana (60kcal)

- Dinner : two slices of bread with butter and jam (about 200kcal), a glass of milk (about 30kcal), a piece of cheese (about 50kcal) and a banana (60kcal)

TOTAL: 894kcal

Then, I didn't workout but I did 2 hours of sport at school. I can easily take off 200kcal.

- Breakfast : Cereals oatmeal + muesli (200kcal), an applesauce (64 kcal) 

- Snack : a banana (80kcal)

- Lunch : Two tiny pieces of pizza (around 150 kcal), a tomatoe (50kcal) and a yogurt red fruits-flavoured (120kcal)

- Dinner : Again, (damn, mum, stop making me eat) two little piece of pizza (plus next friday I'll reeat homemade pizza ... Damn xD) (about 150 kcal), a tomatoe (50kcal) and a little bar of bio chocolate (around 40kcal)

TOTAL: 754 kcal
Pretty good I think, if you don't count the bad calories with pizza and stuff.

Again, I ate lunch and breakfast at the same time, but it was more a lunch than a breakfast.

- Lunch : A little piece of pizza (150kcal), a homemade orange juice (30kcal) and an applesauce banana-flavoured (64kcal)

- Snack : 10 strawberries (around 20 kcal), white tea raspberry-flavoured (0kcal)

- Dinner : A kind of little "biscuit" with salmon (around 30kcal), a piece of salmon's cake (around 130kcal), a bit of salad (around 50kcal), a piece of cheese (around 50 kcal), and some strawberries (around 30kcal)

During the evening : White tea rose and violet flavoured (0kcal)

TOTAL : 454 kcal
WOW. Since I ate not so good today I thought it would be a lot higher than 454 kcal ! I'm happy. :)

Report 10 - Already !


Intake

- Breakfast : 2 REM biscuits with a little bit of butter (180kcal), half a glass of milk (30kcal), a little banana (60 kcal), a glass of homemade orange juice (50kcal), a liegeois yogurt (103kcal)

- Lunch : /
I ate lunch and breakfast "together"

- Snack : Black tea red fruits-flavoured (0kcal)

- Dinner : My parents got pizza, so I ate it but in little portions.
Two little pieces of pizza (around 400kcal), and a natural yogurt (46 kcal)

During the evening : Gold tea (0kcal)

TOTAL : 719 kcal
Wow, I'm actually doing good even if I ate pizza ! Small portions and a workout, that's the main thing to keep in mind :)

Crazy to think this chocolate mousse has got less calories than my fruity ones...

- Snack : A glass of homemade orange-juice (about 50 kcal)

- Lunch : Rice mixed with wheat (around 120 kcal) and a piece of veal (around 100 kcal) , two slice of bread with duck's pâté (around 5 0kcal) and a yogurt mixed-fruits flavoured (121 kcal)

- Dinner : An artichoke (80 kcal) , a little breaded fish (120 kcal), a little portion of salad tomatoes/potatoes/tuna (about 100 kcal) and a banana (80 kcal)

During the evening : White tea strawberry-flavoured (0kcal)

TOTAL : 1100 kcal
It's okay since it's not other 1200 kcal, but it's quite weird to see a number above 1000 kcal since I don't have seen it for awhile.

This one is a really good one. Take your time when you're doing it, remove your stitches if you have some before you continue and everything should be okay.

Report 7 -



Intake

- Breakfast : Two slices of bread with butter and jam blackberry-flavoured (about 70kcal) and an applesauce (64kcal)

- Snack : Black tea red fruits-flavoured (1kcal)

- Lunch : A plate of rice with beef (around 200kcal) and a homemade orange juice (around 50kcal)
This orange juice was hard to get. For the little story, I spilled the oranges and the juice I've made so far all over my kitchen's floor and on myself. I spend the afternoon at school smelling a little bit the orange. Great it wasn't a bad smell at least.

- Snack : A tiny piece of chocolate cake (around 10kcal)

- Dinner : A tomato (15kcal), two radish (25kcal), a little bit of rice with beef (around 100kcal) and an applesauce (64kcal)

During the evening : Gold tea (0kcal)

TOTAL: 599 kcal

Wow. I didn't workout today (it's my rest day) so it's really good !

- Dinner : Half an avocado (180kcal) , two pieces of bread with butter (around 120ckal), two pieces of cheesesauce (around 30kcal), and a homemade orange juice (around 50kcal)

It's a little more than what I expected but I guess I'll do better tomorrow.

As you saw, I ate a lot for breakfast because I woke up late and I mixed breakfast with lunch.

- Dinner : Salad (about 80kcal), a piece of flammekueche (around 180kcal), 2 pieces of cheesesauce (around 80kcal) and a Danone yogurt vanilla-flavoured (120kcal)

Intake

- Lunch : / 
I woke up late so I had breakfast instead.

- Snack : Danone yogurt strawberry-flavoured (117kcal) , a banana (100kcal) and later, a slice of chocolat's cake (about 20kcal)

- Dinner : A plate of pasta with sauce (around 150kcal), some cucumber (around 20kcal), a little bit of cheese-sauce (20kcal), maybe one single strawberry because they were disgusting (1kcal) and a Danone yogurt Vanilla-flavoured (120kal)

During the evening: White tea Rose and violet-flavoured (4kcal)

I didn't workout these two last days because I was at my best friend's and I recovered completely from my injury. But I went and came back from her home by walking, so I can say I burnt about 50kcal.

TOTAL: 635 kcal


I think it's pretty good since I didn't workout. I know it's better to have 3 meals a day but I woke up too late. I snacked around 3 o'clock an "as healthy as possible" snack to replace lunch though.

Report 3 - 18/05/13 (late)


Intake

- Breakfast : Cereals oatmeal + muesli (200kcal)

- Lunch : I failed a bit. I ate McDo, but I tried to have it as healthy as possible. So I ate a fish Hamburger (340kcal), chips (320kcal), and a salad with my own sauce (90kcal instead of 150 with their sauce !)

- Snack : White tea Raspberry-flavoured (0kcal)

- Dinner : Beef and rice (about 200kcal maybe?) and a Danone yogurt strawberry-flavoured (117kcal)

TOTAL: 1267 kcal

I'm a little bit over 1200kcal but I think it's okay since I ate McDo. That could have been much worse I think.
Too bad I couldn't workout though.

- Dinner : A bowl of Special K milk-chocolate (250kcal) and an orange (45kcal)

During the evening: Green tea lemon-flavoured w/out sugar (0kcal)

I just found a picture of weight loss on the internet, and this is EXACTLY what I expect :

       



Look. The body on the left looks quite a lot like mine (at least it's what I see). And the picture on the right is pretty much what I'd looove to get as results ! 

OMG this gives me so much hope






                               This motivates me even more, and all I could say is 

.So right

But right now I can't do anything, because something bad happened to me during my workout yesterday. I hurt quite bad near my right ribs. I first thought it was a stitch, but I realised that this wasn't. That's why I'm not at school today, I rest a bit. That's too bad because I wanted to exercise, but it's not worth damaging my body worse. Health is the most important.

I hope I'll have the opportunity to workout this W-E, slowly, and only if I'm better.

First report -


Intake

 - Breakfast :
 30g of Special K cereal milk chocolate with 125 mL of milk (165kcal) and an applesauce (60kcal)

- Snack
A little banana (80kcal)

- Lunch:
Pasta with a little bit of Bolognese sauce (around 300kcal) and a vanilla-flavoured yogurt (120kcal)

- Dinner
Salad with eggs, tomatoes, tuna and olives (around 200kcal), a vanilla-flavoured yogurt (120kcal) , and a bit of cottage cheese bio (around 80kcal) with sugar cane (12kcal)

Also during the evening: Green tea with honey : 64kcal because honey is a badass.

TOTAL: 1201 kcal.

I'm 1 kcal over my limit which is 1200 calories per day :) But since I did sport, I can easily take off 150kcal of this amount. That means I'm around 1050 kcal. Good beginning ! 

Workout cardio n°1 (45min)

Warm up
2 set of :
-23 crunches, 9 pushups and 11 squats.
15 min of apartment bike
2 set of :
-23 crunches, 9 pushups and 11 squats again.

Stretching time 

This workout litteraly killed me. I think I'm going to do 12min instead of 15min.

Presentation


Hello everyone !

Intro
Well, well. It's been over two months now, that I want to change. Physically and a bit mentally too. I started to workout, but it was really random and I stopped. But now, I say STOP ! Since 3 days, I've seen a lot of blogs and skinny motivations pictures, and that gave me the idea to really start a change. This blog is for me before everything, but I hope it's also going to be a place to discuss, exchange ideas, workouts, food knowledge, and have support !

About me
I think it's pointless to give infos about me. All you have to know is that I am 16 since January, I'm a girl and the first letter of my name is H ;) But just call me "Mischie", which is a username/nickname. Also, I'm not english-born, so excuse my possible mistakes in the language :)

Content
In this blog, I'm probably gonna tell you what I ate during the day and what's the amount of calories that this food's contained (it might be approximate sometimes because I don't/can't always know).
I'm also going to put pictures to motivate myself and you all, of skinny/fit girls, food, or challenges.
Then, I'll tell you what I'm going to do for my workouts, how often, and tips if I have.

Current infos and goal

Height: 1,64 m (5'4)

Weight: 56.5 kg (124 pounds)

Measurements

Waist: 69 cm

Hips: 89 cm

Thigh: 58 cm
(Ew. These measurements are freaking me out for some reasons...)

Goal
My dream goal is to reach 53 kg (116 pounds), that means to drop 3.5 kg (8 pounds). I haven't a precise time to reach it, though I'd like to reach 54 kg before september, and reach my goal by the end of the year. I want to reach it, and then to STAY at 53 kg ! That's my main aim :)

I think that's pretty much all for this first post. I might post the first report of the day this evening.
